The Site and the Platform are operated by PFA Solutions in the United States (US), and complies with US law. If you are located outside of the US, please be aware that any information you provide to us may be transferred to, processed, maintained, and used on computers, servers, and systems located outside of your home country, where the data protection laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction.

What Information We Collect & the Purpose of Collection and Use:
We collect contact information on our Site from visitors and customers that sign-up to receive our newsletter, contact us via the Contact Us page on our Site, submit a request to schedule a demonstration of our Platform, or would like to download a whitepaper. Contact information is provided via browser forms or online order forms, and may include first name, last name, e-mail address, job title, name of the organization, country, state/region and phone numbers (fax, cell and/or landline), technical requirements, and other information necessary for us to properly respond. This contact information is used by our sales, support and Platform teams to contact our Site visitors and customers, as appropriate, so that we can provide the requested information, support, or services.
When you create an account (on your own behalf or on behalf of your employer), we collect your name, title, company name, and contact information. We use your account information to process and transmit necessary data regarding your account, orders, payments and general updates.
We collect billing and payment information which may include a purchase order number, an account number, or instructions for wire transfers and/or ACH transfers. We may accept payment by credit card in our sole discretion, and use third party credit card processors for such purpose. The billing and payment is used to prepare and send invoices, make and receive payments, and manage accounts.
We process personal data within the Platform to provide the services to our customers. Platform Data may include the personal data of customer’s authorized users, and contacts, deal information, attachments, and general notes inputted by the customers and their authorized users into the Platform.
Job Applicant Information.
We collect resumes and other information relevant to applying for positions at PFA Solutions such as name, email address, phone number and resume (“Job Applicant Information”). We use Job Applicant Information to determine your eligibility for the position, and contact you in connection with your application.
Other Data & Additional Uses
Like most organizations, we rely on automatic data collection technology (Google Analytics) when you visit our Site or use the Platform. Google Analytics may use tracking technologies such as but not limited to cookies to collect information on our behalf such as your IP address, Internet service provider, browser type, operating system and language, referring and exit pages and URLs, date and time, amount of time spent on particular pages, what sections of the Site you visit, number of links you click while on the Site, search terms, and other data. By accessing and using the Site, you consent to the processing of data about you by Google Analytics in the manner and for the purposes set out in this policy. We may also disclose aggregated user statistics in order to describe our Platform and the Site to current and prospective business partners and to other third parties for other lawful purposes.
We also use Contact Information, Billing Information and other information collected pursuant to this policy to respond to general inquiries, solicit feedback regarding our Platform and support, provide relevant content on our Site including advertisements regarding Platform, and to communicate with you via email regarding our current and future services.
Sharing Your Information
Like many businesses, we engage other companies and individuals to perform certain business-related services. We may disclose personal information to these third parties, but only to the extent needed to enable them to provide such services. Examples include technical assistance, order fulfillment, customer service, and marketing assistance. Our contracts require that these third parties provide at least the same level of data protection as set forth in this policy. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 through the Site or the Platform. If you are under 13, please do not give us any personal information. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s Internet usage and to help enforce our policy by instructing their children never to provide personal information through the Site or the Platform without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided personal information to us, please contact us, and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.
